お互いのために一生懸命働き、一緒にやることを楽しむ、よく繋がったチームの姿を見せられたらと思っております。

【What I expect from the team】 Like the other teams I coach, I expect to have a strong growth mindset with an emphasis on continuous improvement (“kaizen”). If our team (including coaches and management) can put in our best efforts to grow and constantly improve, we are in a good position to achieve not only a performance our team can be proud of, but also positive results (results). You will be able to stand on it.
